1. Acceptance of These Terms

Invoice Generator (the "Service") is a web application operated by DynamicAT ("we", "us", or "our") and available at invoice.dynamicat.co. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

2. What the Service Does

Invoice Generator is an online tool that lets freelancers and small businesses create, customize, and download professional invoices and quotations. Once you sign in, the Service lets you:

• Create invoices and quotations with line items, taxes (including GST/IGST/CGST-SGST fields), discounts, shipping, currencies, custom fields, notes, terms, your logo, and a drawn or uploaded signature.
• Download documents as PDF files and export your invoice list as CSV.
• Send an invoice to a recipient by email, and share a document through a public, link-based view.
• With a free account: save your business defaults, build a catalog of reusable products/services, create custom themes, track invoice status, and view a revenue dashboard.
• Convert a quotation into an invoice.

Using the Service requires a free account. Some features require a Pro subscription.

3. Who Can Use Invoice Generator

You may use the Service only if you can form a legally binding contract with us. The Service is not directed to children, and you may not use it if you are under 13 years of age. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate.

4. Accounts & Security

You can create an account with an email and password, or by signing in with Google. When you register, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password and login credentials confidential.
• All activity that happens under your account.
• Notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You can sign out of a single device or all devices at any time from within the app. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account where you failed to keep your credentials secure.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful invoices or documents, or to impersonate any person or business.
• Break any applicable law, tax regulation, or third-party right.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' data, or our infrastructure.
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service including attempting to bypass rate limits, security controls, or bot protection.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest data from the Service except your own data through features we provide.

To protect the Service from abuse, we may record limited technical information (such as IP address and browser details). We may suspend or restrict access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

6. Your Content & Ownership

You own the content you create and enter into the Service including your business details, client/customer information, invoice and quotation data, logos, and signatures (your "Content"). We do not claim ownership of your Content.

To operate the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, host, and transmit your Content solely as needed to provide the features you use (for example, saving your invoices, generating PDFs, hosting your uploaded logo, or sending an invoice you choose to email). This license ends when you delete the Content or your account, except where we must retain it briefly to comply with the law.

You are responsible for your Content and for ensuring you have the right to enter and use any personal or business information about your clients. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the invoices and quotations you create.

7. Free Plan, Subscriptions & Payments

Invoice Generator offers a free plan that lets you create up to 10 documents, and a paid "Pro" subscription that unlocks additional usage. Key payment terms:

• Billing. Pro is a recurring subscription processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. You can choose a monthly or longer-term plan. The price that applies is the one shown to you at checkout.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel.
• Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from the subscription area in the app. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may provide a short grace period before Pro access is downgraded.
• Card details. Payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card or bank-card details on our servers.
• Taxes. Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.
• Refunds. Except where required by law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on a small number of third-party providers to function including Razorpay (payments), Cloudinary (image hosting for logos and signatures), Google (Google Sign-In), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection at sign-up), an email provider (to deliver invoices and account emails), and Google Fonts. Your use of features that depend on these providers may also be subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services. See our Privacy Policy for details on what is shared with each.

9. Availability & Changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time, and we may impose or change usage limits. We are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Invoice Generator is a document-creation tool. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You are responsible for ensuring that your invoices, quotations, tax calculations (including GST and other taxes), and business records are correct and compliant with the laws that apply to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DynamicAT and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) INR 1,000.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DynamicAT and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or third-party right.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your invoices and quotations within the app, and you can request deletion of your account by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal liability. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive — such as ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification will continue to apply.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the courts located in [City, State], India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
