Bill the way you charge
Line items take a quantity and a rate, so hourly and daily work is simple: 12 hours at your hourly rate, or 3 days on site at your day rate. Put a retainer or a project milestone on its own line as a fixed fee. Set a due date and add your payment terms in the notes. Travel or other expenses can go on their own lines, and you can apply a discount for a long-standing client.
Clients in any country
Invoice in any of 11 currencies, including USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SGD and INR. Add your bank details with IBAN or SWIFT for international transfers, or a UPI ID for clients in India. Your client opens the invoice from a link or gets a PDF by email.
Quote first, then bill
Send a quotation for a new engagement and convert it to an invoice when the client signs off. The client, line items and totals carry over, so the invoice always matches what was agreed. Every document is saved, so you can find last quarter's invoices in seconds.
Know who owes you
With Pro, the client book shows each client's outstanding balance, the aging report lists past-due invoices oldest first, and the performance report shows your collection rate and top clients. Reports keep each currency on its own line instead of adding them together.
