A 24-hour edit window on the Free plan and a quicker start

Added

Improved

Clearer link previews. When you share a DynamicAT link, the preview now shows the invoice editor.
Free plan documents can be edited for 24 hours. After that, the document is locked so it stays as you sent it. You can still download, share and print it, or mark it paid. To make changes, edit a copy (it uses 1 of your free documents) or upgrade to Pro to edit any document at any time.
Easier to compare plans. In the upgrade window, the Choose buttons on both plans now line up, and the 2-year plan has a single Best value label.
A quicker start for new accounts. The welcome window is shorter, then asks whether you want to make an invoice, a quotation or a receipt first and opens the right editor.
See how many free documents you have left. The dashboard now says how many of your 10 free documents remain, on phones too.
The preview on phones matches the PDF. The live preview in the editor now shows the full page scaled to fit your screen, instead of squeezing it into a narrower layout than the one you download.

Fixed

Long details no longer get cut off. On a shared document, long UPI IDs, account numbers, emails and addresses now wrap onto the next line instead of running past the edge.
Windows fit on phones. The document details, share and convert windows now keep a margin from the screen edge, and the buttons in the details window stack so each one is easy to tap.

Share on WhatsApp, a phone menu and pages for the way you work

Added

Share on WhatsApp. Send an invoice, quotation or receipt to your client on WhatsApp in one click. The message is written for you, with your client's name, your business name and a link where they can view and download the document. Look for the WhatsApp button on the dashboard, in the editor and in the share window.
Pages for the way you work. See how DynamicAT fits freelancers, consultants, small businesses and Instagram sellers, or go straight to the free quotation generator and receipt generator. Each page answers the common questions for that kind of work.
A menu button on phones. Tap ☰ in the top bar to reach Pricing, Blog, Changelog and every use case page. Before, phones only showed Pricing.
Click a dashboard figure to see what is in it. Click Revenue, Paid, Outstanding or Overdue and your documents list shows exactly the invoices behind that number, for the date range you have picked. Click the card again or Show all to go back. Export CSV exports the same list.
A revenue chart that shows what is still owed. Each month's bar now splits into Paid, Awaiting payment and Overdue, stacked so the full bar is everything you invoiced that month. Hover a bar to see each part and the total.

Improved

Share and print while you create. Share link and WhatsApp now appear while you make a new document, not only when you edit a saved one. Share link, WhatsApp and Print all save the document first, so your client always gets the latest version.
The editor's top bar fits narrower windows. When space runs short, the Client, Items and Send steps shrink to numbers instead of running into the document number and buttons.
DynamicAT Invoices. The logo now reads DynamicAT Invoices across the site, in the app and on link previews when you share a DynamicAT page.
A tidier top bar. On a laptop or desktop, the page links now sit in the centre in a clearer order (Use cases, Pricing, Blog, Changelog), while Login and Sign up stay on the right.
Fits small phones. The top bar and the blog list no longer push the page sideways on narrow screens.
The home page and other public pages always use the light theme. Your light or dark choice still applies inside the app, where the theme switch lives.
Easier to find related guides. Blog posts now link to related posts, and the home page FAQ links straight to plans and pricing.
Part-payments show in your documents list. An invoice that is partly paid now shows how much has come in and how much is still due, under its total.
Clearer dashboard colours. Paid is blue, Outstanding is amber and Overdue is red, on the cards and in the chart alike. Blue replaces green so Paid and Overdue are easy to tell apart for people with red-green colour blindness.
Easier to read amounts. Client balances on the dashboard and in Clients now show thousands separators, and the revenue chart labels its axis with your currency symbol.
Cards that fit your screen. On a wide screen the dashboard figures sit in a single row of five. Total Invoices is now Total Documents, because it counts quotations and receipts as well.

Fixed

Blog posts match how sign-up works. Two posts still said you could create an invoice without an account. They now say you sign up free first, with your first 10 documents included.
Dashboard figures add up. Paid now includes part-payments you have received, so Paid plus Outstanding equals Revenue. Overdue counts only the balance still owed, not the full invoice, so it is never more than Outstanding. The Pending card is gone: it counted part-payments twice.
Totals update as soon as you save. An invoice saved with a due date in the past shows as overdue straight away, and client balances update the moment you change an invoice. Before, both could take a few minutes to catch up.

Both Pro plans side by side

Added

A guide to receipts. How to Create a Receipt on the blog walks through what a receipt should include, when to send one, and how to make one on its own or from a paid invoice.

Improved

The 2-year plan has its own card. The pricing page now shows Pro Monthly at ₹49 a month next to Pro 2 Years at ₹999, which works out to about ₹42 a month, so you can compare them at a glance.
Receipts are part of the picture. The home page, the pricing page and the FAQs now cover receipts alongside invoices and quotations, including a new answer on how receipts work. Receipts count towards the same 10 free documents.
Blog and Changelog in the top menu. On a laptop or desktop, both are now one click away from every page, not only from the footer.
Terms and Privacy Policy cover receipts. Both now name receipts, and the Privacy Policy lists what a receipt stores: how you were paid and, if you made it from an invoice, which invoice.

Status menus that fit the document

Fixed

Change Status only lists statuses that apply. With several documents selected, the menu offered every status there is, such as Accepted on an invoice or Paid on a quotation. Now it lists only the statuses all the selected documents can take.
Receipts no longer show a status menu. A receipt is always paid, so its status is now a plain label on the dashboard and on your phone, and Change Status stays hidden when only receipts are selected.

Faster sign-in and stronger account protection

Faster sign-in. Signing in with your email and password is noticeably quicker, and the totals on your dashboard show up sooner once you are in.
Better protection for your account. We have tightened how DynamicAT checks sign-ins, sessions and payments.

Easier to read notes and terms

Improved

Notes and terms, one above the other. They used to sit side by side in two narrow coloured boxes, so longer lines wrapped early. Now notes come first and terms follow, both at full width and the same text size, with headings in your theme's accent colour. The same layout appears in the PDF, the live preview and shared invoices.

Fixed

Show archived shows only archived clients. Turning it on used to list your active clients too, so archived ones were hard to find. Now it lists archived clients alone, and says so when you have none.

Receipts

A third document type for money you have already been paid, the one-click way to make one from an invoice, and a settings page that tells you what is in each tab.

Added

Receipts. Record a payment you have already taken. A receipt carries no tax, no due date, no discount and no request to pay, because the money is in. It numbers from its own RCPT- series starting at 001, and everything else works exactly as it does on an invoice: themes, PDF download, share links and your saved defaults.
Most receipts are one line, so that is how they open. A description and an amount, with no quantity and rate grid to fill in. Need the full table? Add a row and you have it.
How the money arrived. Cash, UPI, card, bank transfer, cheque or other, recorded on the receipt and printed on it.
Turn an invoice into a receipt. One tap in the document menu, or straight from the message that appears when you mark an invoice paid. The invoice is left exactly as it is, and the receipt opens with the client, the line items and the total already filled in. If you have already made one from that invoice, it says so before making a second.
Cash sales count towards your figures. A receipt you write on its own now counts as revenue on the dashboard and in every report. One made from an invoice does not, because the invoice it came from already counted that money.
A changelog you can read. This page. Every release, newest first, linked from the footer.

Improved

Settings tabs now say what is inside them. Payment is Bank details, Documents is Notes & terms, Customize is Fields & labels, each with a line underneath saying what it covers. On a laptop they sit as a list down the left instead of a row of tabs that scrolled sideways.
Classic and Minimal look like their names. Classic prints in Playfair Display, Minimal in Poppins with more room between its sections.

Fixed

Month and year pickers stay open. On every date field, opening the month or the year list closed it again straight away, so the only way back to an older month was clicking the arrow one month at a time. Both are proper scrollable menus now, matching the rest of the app.

Your template goes out with the invoice

Added

Set a section's defaults from inside the editor. Payment details, your item catalogue, and notes and terms each carry a link to the settings that prefill them, so you can fill them once without hunting for the right tab.

Improved

A payment box that matches the rest of the page. The green block at the bottom is neutral now, its heading picks up your template's accent colour, and the UPI code sits bigger on a white plate with room around it, which is what scanners need. Preview and PDF were redrawn together.
Leaving the editor asks first. The links out to Settings, templates and your plan used to walk straight out of a half-typed document. They now offer to save it as a draft before they go, or to carry on and drop it.
The status pill looks like the menu it is. Paid, Sent and Overdue in your documents list have always been tappable to change. They show a chevron and an outline now, so you can tell.

Fixed

Your own template now travels with the invoice. A document styled with a template you designed came out as plain Modern everywhere you were not signed in: on the share link, in the PDF downloaded from it, and in the preview support sees. The template is sent with the invoice now, so what your client opens is what you designed.
Minimal headers stopped printing invisible text. A template set to the minimal header drops the coloured banner but was still printing the title, number and dates in the white text meant to sit on that banner. They take the accent colour now, so the top of the PDF is readable again.
The totals box is where the preview said it was. It ran the full width of the PDF while the preview showed it half width on the right. The PDF matches now, with tighter rows so the box stops crowding whatever follows it.
IBAN saves as a default. Business settings took every other payment field as a default but not IBAN, so it had to be retyped on every invoice. The field is there now.

The whole app, rebuilt for mobile

Every screen was reworked around a phone: a dashboard that leads with what you are owed, one sheet holding every action on a document, and filters, settings and reports all within thumb reach.

Added

Export only the months you want. CSV export now asks for a date window first, today, this month, last month or last year, and the file honours it. Whatever you have filtered on screen still applies.

Improved

A dashboard that starts where you look. Your six figures are now one swipeable rail led by Outstanding and Overdue, so the document list begins above the fold instead of six tiles down.
Tap a document, get every action. Edit, download, share, duplicate, convert, change status or delete, all in one sheet at thumb height. The same sheet opens from a client's history and from the aging report.
One filter button instead of two pill rows. Type and status moved into a sheet, with a badge for what's on and chips you can tap off. An empty list now tells you which filter emptied it and clears it in one tap.
Settings became a launcher. On a phone every tab is a tile, with your plan, appearance, CSV export, bug reports and log out underneath. Each screen you open has a real back button.
Reports moved into the bottom bar. Aging, Trends, Tax and Performance are one tap away, in four fixed columns that no longer scroll sideways or cut off their own labels.
Call, email or bill a client in one tap. A client's page leads with their details as buttons that actually dial and compose, with edit and archive tucked into the overflow menu.
Shared links read properly on a phone. The public invoice page stacks its columns, fits its table to the screen, and keeps Download PDF and Copy link in a bar under your thumb.
Saving keeps you in the editor. No more bounce to a panel you had to leave anyway. Save or download and the document is simply saved, with your next edit going to the same one instead of creating a second copy.
Lighter cards, no more zoom on tap. Card shadows were a grey smudge in light mode and every form field zoomed the page on iOS. Both fixed, everywhere.
The app opens in light mode now. It used to follow whatever your phone or laptop was set to, so anyone who keeps their device dark got a dark app they never asked for. Light is the default from here on, and the status bar around the installed app finally matches the theme you are actually looking at. Switch to dark from the icon in the top bar, or from Appearance in Settings on a phone, and it stays where you put it.
Odds and ends. Custom templates get their own row in the design step, tab underlines stopped cutting through their labels, and the best-value plan now leads the pricing cards on a phone with what it includes spelled out.

Fixed

Quotations stay quotations. Switching to a quotation from the create menu, or starting fresh inside one, quietly turned it back into an invoice. It now keeps the type and the QT- number.
Fixes from the last round of reports. Your logo and signature were disappearing from downloaded PDFs on any device that had used the app offline, and they're back. Typing a client's name no longer folds the form shut mid-word, half-finished work you never meant to abandon is offered back when you open the editor fresh, downloading now hands you the file and returns you to your documents, and a new version of the app will never again reload the page out from under you while you're typing. Leaving a tab open next to the installed app no longer signs you out of both, and neither does a dropped connection or a slow moment on our side.
Add to Home Screen keeps you signed in. Adding DynamicAT to an iPhone home screen used to open it on a login form, because iOS hands an installed app its own private storage and none of your session comes with it. Install it while signed in now and it opens straight into your documents.
The front page knows you're signed in. It was still offering Get Started Free and Log In to people who were already logged in. The hero now leads with Go to Dashboard, and landing on the login or signup page while signed in takes you straight to your documents instead of a form you have no reason to fill in.

Your signature sticks, your logo is one click away

Added

Reuse your saved logo in one click. On an invoice with no logo yet, the logo tile offers your saved one next to Upload new, so you are not hunting for the same file again.

Improved

Your templates get their own row. Custom templates now sit under a Your templates heading in the design step, instead of trailing off the end of the built-in themes.
Settings fits on a phone. Every settings tab, the catalog and the template designer now stack into one column on small screens rather than squeezing two fields side by side.

Fixed

Your saved signature actually saves. The signature you set in Settings was being dropped the moment you saved it. It now sticks and pre-fills new invoices like the rest of your defaults.
Invoices keep the logo they were issued with. Replacing or removing a logo or signature could blank it on invoices you had already sent. Every invoice now holds on to its own.

A live preview, five new themes, and separate client names

Added

Client name is its own field. Bill To is now a name and an address instead of one free-text block, so search and client lists always show the right name.
Five themes, fully styled. Classic, Minimal, Ocean, Forest and Sunset now render with real fonts and layouts, not just Modern.
Quotations can hide the total. Quoting priced options the client picks one of? Turn off Show total in Scope & estimate and the totals box is left off the quotation.

Improved

One less screen on your phone. The last step drops straight into payment, notes and design, no separate review screen in the way.
A real preview, not a print dialog. Preview now shows the exact desktop layout, with a back button and Save & download right there.

Fixed

An overlapping preview header. The date and terms badge could crowd into the invoice title on themed headers. It now keeps its distance.
Dashboard cards now line up. Revenue and Outstanding by client match height on the dashboard, even when one of them has no data yet.

A rebuilt invoice editor

The editor went from five stacked cards to three questions: who it is for, what you are billing, and how they pay.

Added

See what is missing before you download. The top bar counts what is blocking you and jumps to the first one.
Copy items from the last invoice. One button pulls the line items off that client's most recent invoice.
A next step after saving. Copy a link, download the PDF, duplicate it or mark it paid without leaving the page.

Improved

Three questions instead of five cards. Who it is for, what you are billing, how they pay. Every button now sits in one bar at the top.
Start by picking the client. Search your saved clients. Their details, currency and payment terms fill themselves in.
Optional fields are switches now. Due date, PO number, discount, signature and the rest sit in the section they belong to.
Three steps on your phone. Client, items, review. Each one fits a single screen, no zooming.
Logo and theme in one place. Both sit at the bottom of the form, with the live preview alongside.

Fixed

Quotations print their total again. They were leaving out the subtotal and total. Both are back, headed Estimated Total.

Reports, and a fresh new look

Pro gained a Reports page that answers who is late, what is coming, and what you owe in tax. Alongside it, the whole app was redrawn with a new palette and typeface.

Added

Reports, with aging first. A new Reports page on Pro shows exactly who is late and by how long, split into not yet due, 1 to 30 days, 31 to 60, 61 to 90 and over 90. Every balance is the amount still owed, so part payments are already taken off.
Revenue trends and a forecast. See the next three months projected from your last three complete months, plus what is due to land in the next 30, 60 and 90 days. The month in progress is left out of the average so it never drags the projection down.
Tax summary you can file from. Tax charged per quarter, month or year, kept separate by rate and by type. Indian GST invoices come through already split into CGST and SGST, or IGST, exactly as the document printed them.
Performance over time. Compare periods side by side: invoiced versus collected, average invoice value, collection rate, how long clients take to pay, and who your biggest clients were.
Outstanding and Overdue at a glance. Two new cards on the dashboard: what you are still owed across all live invoices, and how much of it is past its due date.

Improved

A fresh new look. DynamicAT has been redesigned from the ground up, with a new colour palette, cleaner cards, and Inter as the new typeface across every screen.
Redesigned navigation. The sidebar now groups your workspace and account separately, and collapses to icons when you want more room. A new top bar puts creating an invoice or quotation one click away.
Better on your phone. A bottom tab bar puts Home, Clients, New and Settings within thumb reach, so you can raise an invoice without reaching for a laptop.
Dark mode, refined. Dark mode has been rebuilt alongside the new palette, with deeper backgrounds, better contrast on text, and every form control tuned to match.
Cleaner forms. Inputs, dropdowns and buttons across the app have been tidied up, with clearer borders, lighter shadows, and a save bar that no longer sits on top of your content.

Fixed

Tax figures corrected. Tax is now applied after any discount, matching the invoices your clients already received. Totals on the dashboard were adding a little too much on invoices with both a discount and a tax, so some figures will read slightly lower than before. Your GST type and GSTINs are now saved with the invoice too, instead of being lost when you reopened it.

Design your own invoice theme

Added

Custom themes. Design your own invoice theme from scratch. Pick your header and accent colors, choose a font, set the layout style, and preview changes live before saving.
Full colour control. Customize every colour on your invoice (header background, header text, accent, borders, body text, and page background) to match your brand perfectly.
Font and size options. Choose from five fonts (Helvetica, Poppins, Georgia, Playfair Display, and Courier) and pick a font size that fits your style.
Table and layout styles. Mix and match table styles (default, striped, minimal), header styles (filled, underline, plain), corner styles, and spacing to get exactly the look you want.

Shareable links, a saved catalog, and custom fields

Added

Shareable invoice links. Generate a public link for any invoice and send it directly to your client. They can view it in the browser, with no login and no PDF download required.
Products and services catalog. Save your frequently used products and services once. When filling out line items, just start typing and pick from your catalog, instead of retyping the same things every time.
Signature on invoices. Draw or upload your signature directly on invoices and quotations. Save it once in Settings and it will be ready to use every time, with no need to re-upload.
Custom fields. Add your own fields to invoices and quotations, like GST number, project code, or PO reference. Place them in the header, client section, or footer, wherever they make sense.
Rename any field. Relabel fields like 'Bill To', 'Notes', or 'Item Description' to match your workflow or brand. Leave them blank to keep the default names.
Convert quotations to invoices. Once a quotation is accepted, turn it into an invoice in one click. All line items, client details, and totals carry over automatically, with no copy-pasting required.

Improved

Live revenue chart. Your monthly revenue chart now updates in real time whenever you mark invoices as paid, change a status, or delete a document. No page refresh needed.
Redesigned settings page. Settings is now organized into clear tabs (Business, Documents, Customize, and Catalog) so you can find and update exactly what you need without hunting through a long page.

Terms and Privacy Policy cover receipts. Both now name receipts, and the Privacy Policy lists what a receipt stores: how you were paid and, if you made it from an invoice, which invoice.

Status menus that fit the document

Fixed

Change Status only lists statuses that apply. With several documents selected, the menu offered every status there is, such as Accepted on an invoice or Paid on a quotation. Now it lists only the statuses all the selected documents can take.
Receipts no longer show a status menu. A receipt is always paid, so its status is now a plain label on the dashboard and on your phone, and Change Status stays hidden when only receipts are selected.

Easier to read notes and terms

Improved

Notes and terms, one above the other. They used to sit side by side in two narrow coloured boxes, so longer lines wrapped early. Now notes come first and terms follow, both at full width and the same text size, with headings in your theme's accent colour. The same layout appears in the PDF, the live preview and shared invoices.

Fixed

Show archived shows only archived clients. Turning it on used to list your active clients too, so archived ones were hard to find. Now it lists archived clients alone, and says so when you have none.

Receipts

A third document type for money you have already been paid, the one-click way to make one from an invoice, and a settings page that tells you what is in each tab.

Added

Receipts. Record a payment you have already taken. A receipt carries no tax, no due date, no discount and no request to pay, because the money is in. It numbers from its own RCPT- series starting at 001, and everything else works exactly as it does on an invoice: themes, PDF download, share links and your saved defaults.
Most receipts are one line, so that is how they open. A description and an amount, with no quantity and rate grid to fill in. Need the full table? Add a row and you have it.
How the money arrived. Cash, UPI, card, bank transfer, cheque or other, recorded on the receipt and printed on it.
Turn an invoice into a receipt. One tap in the document menu, or straight from the message that appears when you mark an invoice paid. The invoice is left exactly as it is, and the receipt opens with the client, the line items and the total already filled in. If you have already made one from that invoice, it says so before making a second.
Cash sales count towards your figures. A receipt you write on its own now counts as revenue on the dashboard and in every report. One made from an invoice does not, because the invoice it came from already counted that money.
A changelog you can read. This page. Every release, newest first, linked from the footer.

Improved

Settings tabs now say what is inside them. Payment is Bank details, Documents is Notes & terms, Customize is Fields & labels, each with a line underneath saying what it covers. On a laptop they sit as a list down the left instead of a row of tabs that scrolled sideways.
Classic and Minimal look like their names. Classic prints in Playfair Display, Minimal in Poppins with more room between its sections.

Fixed

Month and year pickers stay open. On every date field, opening the month or the year list closed it again straight away, so the only way back to an older month was clicking the arrow one month at a time. Both are proper scrollable menus now, matching the rest of the app.

Your template goes out with the invoice

Added

Set a section's defaults from inside the editor. Payment details, your item catalogue, and notes and terms each carry a link to the settings that prefill them, so you can fill them once without hunting for the right tab.

Improved

A payment box that matches the rest of the page. The green block at the bottom is neutral now, its heading picks up your template's accent colour, and the UPI code sits bigger on a white plate with room around it, which is what scanners need. Preview and PDF were redrawn together.
Leaving the editor asks first. The links out to Settings, templates and your plan used to walk straight out of a half-typed document. They now offer to save it as a draft before they go, or to carry on and drop it.
The status pill looks like the menu it is. Paid, Sent and Overdue in your documents list have always been tappable to change. They show a chevron and an outline now, so you can tell.

Fixed

Your own template now travels with the invoice. A document styled with a template you designed came out as plain Modern everywhere you were not signed in: on the share link, in the PDF downloaded from it, and in the preview support sees. The template is sent with the invoice now, so what your client opens is what you designed.
Minimal headers stopped printing invisible text. A template set to the minimal header drops the coloured banner but was still printing the title, number and dates in the white text meant to sit on that banner. They take the accent colour now, so the top of the PDF is readable again.
The totals box is where the preview said it was. It ran the full width of the PDF while the preview showed it half width on the right. The PDF matches now, with tighter rows so the box stops crowding whatever follows it.
IBAN saves as a default. Business settings took every other payment field as a default but not IBAN, so it had to be retyped on every invoice. The field is there now.

The whole app, rebuilt for mobile

Every screen was reworked around a phone: a dashboard that leads with what you are owed, one sheet holding every action on a document, and filters, settings and reports all within thumb reach.

Added

Export only the months you want. CSV export now asks for a date window first, today, this month, last month or last year, and the file honours it. Whatever you have filtered on screen still applies.

Improved

A dashboard that starts where you look. Your six figures are now one swipeable rail led by Outstanding and Overdue, so the document list begins above the fold instead of six tiles down.
Tap a document, get every action. Edit, download, share, duplicate, convert, change status or delete, all in one sheet at thumb height. The same sheet opens from a client's history and from the aging report.
One filter button instead of two pill rows. Type and status moved into a sheet, with a badge for what's on and chips you can tap off. An empty list now tells you which filter emptied it and clears it in one tap.
Settings became a launcher. On a phone every tab is a tile, with your plan, appearance, CSV export, bug reports and log out underneath. Each screen you open has a real back button.
Reports moved into the bottom bar. Aging, Trends, Tax and Performance are one tap away, in four fixed columns that no longer scroll sideways or cut off their own labels.
Call, email or bill a client in one tap. A client's page leads with their details as buttons that actually dial and compose, with edit and archive tucked into the overflow menu.
Shared links read properly on a phone. The public invoice page stacks its columns, fits its table to the screen, and keeps Download PDF and Copy link in a bar under your thumb.
Saving keeps you in the editor. No more bounce to a panel you had to leave anyway. Save or download and the document is simply saved, with your next edit going to the same one instead of creating a second copy.
Lighter cards, no more zoom on tap. Card shadows were a grey smudge in light mode and every form field zoomed the page on iOS. Both fixed, everywhere.
The app opens in light mode now. It used to follow whatever your phone or laptop was set to, so anyone who keeps their device dark got a dark app they never asked for. Light is the default from here on, and the status bar around the installed app finally matches the theme you are actually looking at. Switch to dark from the icon in the top bar, or from Appearance in Settings on a phone, and it stays where you put it.
Odds and ends. Custom templates get their own row in the design step, tab underlines stopped cutting through their labels, and the best-value plan now leads the pricing cards on a phone with what it includes spelled out.

Fixed

Quotations stay quotations. Switching to a quotation from the create menu, or starting fresh inside one, quietly turned it back into an invoice. It now keeps the type and the QT- number.
Fixes from the last round of reports. Your logo and signature were disappearing from downloaded PDFs on any device that had used the app offline, and they're back. Typing a client's name no longer folds the form shut mid-word, half-finished work you never meant to abandon is offered back when you open the editor fresh, downloading now hands you the file and returns you to your documents, and a new version of the app will never again reload the page out from under you while you're typing. Leaving a tab open next to the installed app no longer signs you out of both, and neither does a dropped connection or a slow moment on our side.
Add to Home Screen keeps you signed in. Adding DynamicAT to an iPhone home screen used to open it on a login form, because iOS hands an installed app its own private storage and none of your session comes with it. Install it while signed in now and it opens straight into your documents.
The front page knows you're signed in. It was still offering Get Started Free and Log In to people who were already logged in. The hero now leads with Go to Dashboard, and landing on the login or signup page while signed in takes you straight to your documents instead of a form you have no reason to fill in.

Your signature sticks, your logo is one click away

Added

Reuse your saved logo in one click. On an invoice with no logo yet, the logo tile offers your saved one next to Upload new, so you are not hunting for the same file again.

Improved

Your templates get their own row. Custom templates now sit under a Your templates heading in the design step, instead of trailing off the end of the built-in themes.
Settings fits on a phone. Every settings tab, the catalog and the template designer now stack into one column on small screens rather than squeezing two fields side by side.

Fixed

Your saved signature actually saves. The signature you set in Settings was being dropped the moment you saved it. It now sticks and pre-fills new invoices like the rest of your defaults.
Invoices keep the logo they were issued with. Replacing or removing a logo or signature could blank it on invoices you had already sent. Every invoice now holds on to its own.

A live preview, five new themes, and separate client names

Added

Client name is its own field. Bill To is now a name and an address instead of one free-text block, so search and client lists always show the right name.
Five themes, fully styled. Classic, Minimal, Ocean, Forest and Sunset now render with real fonts and layouts, not just Modern.
Quotations can hide the total. Quoting priced options the client picks one of? Turn off Show total in Scope & estimate and the totals box is left off the quotation.

Improved

One less screen on your phone. The last step drops straight into payment, notes and design, no separate review screen in the way.
A real preview, not a print dialog. Preview now shows the exact desktop layout, with a back button and Save & download right there.

Fixed

An overlapping preview header. The date and terms badge could crowd into the invoice title on themed headers. It now keeps its distance.
Dashboard cards now line up. Revenue and Outstanding by client match height on the dashboard, even when one of them has no data yet.

A rebuilt invoice editor

The editor went from five stacked cards to three questions: who it is for, what you are billing, and how they pay.

See what is missing before you download. The top bar counts what is blocking you and jumps to the first one.
Copy items from the last invoice. One button pulls the line items off that client's most recent invoice.
A next step after saving. Copy a link, download the PDF, duplicate it or mark it paid without leaving the page.

Improved

Three questions instead of five cards. Who it is for, what you are billing, how they pay. Every button now sits in one bar at the top.
Start by picking the client. Search your saved clients. Their details, currency and payment terms fill themselves in.
Optional fields are switches now. Due date, PO number, discount, signature and the rest sit in the section they belong to.
Three steps on your phone. Client, items, review. Each one fits a single screen, no zooming.
Logo and theme in one place. Both sit at the bottom of the form, with the live preview alongside.

Fixed

Quotations print their total again. They were leaving out the subtotal and total. Both are back, headed Estimated Total.

Reports, and a fresh new look

Pro gained a Reports page that answers who is late, what is coming, and what you owe in tax. Alongside it, the whole app was redrawn with a new palette and typeface.

Added

Reports, with aging first. A new Reports page on Pro shows exactly who is late and by how long, split into not yet due, 1 to 30 days, 31 to 60, 61 to 90 and over 90. Every balance is the amount still owed, so part payments are already taken off.
Revenue trends and a forecast. See the next three months projected from your last three complete months, plus what is due to land in the next 30, 60 and 90 days. The month in progress is left out of the average so it never drags the projection down.
Tax summary you can file from. Tax charged per quarter, month or year, kept separate by rate and by type. Indian GST invoices come through already split into CGST and SGST, or IGST, exactly as the document printed them.
Performance over time. Compare periods side by side: invoiced versus collected, average invoice value, collection rate, how long clients take to pay, and who your biggest clients were.
Outstanding and Overdue at a glance. Two new cards on the dashboard: what you are still owed across all live invoices, and how much of it is past its due date.

A fresh new look. DynamicAT has been redesigned from the ground up, with a new colour palette, cleaner cards, and Inter as the new typeface across every screen.
Redesigned navigation. The sidebar now groups your workspace and account separately, and collapses to icons when you want more room. A new top bar puts creating an invoice or quotation one click away.
Better on your phone. A bottom tab bar puts Home, Clients, New and Settings within thumb reach, so you can raise an invoice without reaching for a laptop.
Dark mode, refined. Dark mode has been rebuilt alongside the new palette, with deeper backgrounds, better contrast on text, and every form control tuned to match.
Cleaner forms. Inputs, dropdowns and buttons across the app have been tidied up, with clearer borders, lighter shadows, and a save bar that no longer sits on top of your content.

Fixed

Tax figures corrected. Tax is now applied after any discount, matching the invoices your clients already received. Totals on the dashboard were adding a little too much on invoices with both a discount and a tax, so some figures will read slightly lower than before. Your GST type and GSTINs are now saved with the invoice too, instead of being lost when you reopened it.

Custom themes. Design your own invoice theme from scratch. Pick your header and accent colors, choose a font, set the layout style, and preview changes live before saving.
Full colour control. Customize every colour on your invoice (header background, header text, accent, borders, body text, and page background) to match your brand perfectly.
Font and size options. Choose from five fonts (Helvetica, Poppins, Georgia, Playfair Display, and Courier) and pick a font size that fits your style.
Table and layout styles. Mix and match table styles (default, striped, minimal), header styles (filled, underline, plain), corner styles, and spacing to get exactly the look you want.

Shareable links, a saved catalog, and custom fields

Added

Shareable invoice links. Generate a public link for any invoice and send it directly to your client. They can view it in the browser, with no login and no PDF download required.
Products and services catalog. Save your frequently used products and services once. When filling out line items, just start typing and pick from your catalog, instead of retyping the same things every time.
Signature on invoices. Draw or upload your signature directly on invoices and quotations. Save it once in Settings and it will be ready to use every time, with no need to re-upload.
Custom fields. Add your own fields to invoices and quotations, like GST number, project code, or PO reference. Place them in the header, client section, or footer, wherever they make sense.
Rename any field. Relabel fields like 'Bill To', 'Notes', or 'Item Description' to match your workflow or brand. Leave them blank to keep the default names.
Convert quotations to invoices. Once a quotation is accepted, turn it into an invoice in one click. All line items, client details, and totals carry over automatically, with no copy-pasting required.

Improved

Live revenue chart. Your monthly revenue chart now updates in real time whenever you mark invoices as paid, change a status, or delete a document. No page refresh needed.
